Want rotating louvres for your pergola or terrace and can handle the installation yourself? We will prepare a louvre kit made exactly to the size of your space. We bring the wood to visual grade, cut it to the millimetre and pre-drill the frames. At home you just paint and assemble. You need neither a saw nor a workshop – a cordless screwdriver is enough.

Kit contents

What is in the kit

The wood is spruce from Slovak forests, properly dried. It arrives in the kit ready for painting, and you choose the colour yourself. We supply aluminium louvres in a RAL colour of your choice.

Louvres that tilt from 0° to 140°

The SAM KIT rotation system tilts the louvres from 0° (closed) through 90° (open horizontally) up to 140°. You set the shade according to where the sun is shining from, and when you do not need it, you open the louvres. The system comes in three colours: anthracite, black and white.

Process

How it works

From the dimensions to a finished louvre system you assemble yourself.

  1. You send the dimensions and a photo

    of the space through the enquiry form.

  2. We design the frame layout

    and send you a quote.

  3. We make the kit

    to measure. This normally takes 2 to 4 weeks from confirmation.

  4. We deliver it to your home

    in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

  5. You paint and assemble it.

Measuring

How to measure the space

A non-standard size is no problem – it is common with made-to-measure louvres.

  1. Width

    Measure the distance between the posts or walls in three places (top, middle, bottom) and note the smallest value.

  2. Height

    Measure in three places (left, middle, right) and again note the smallest.

  3. Photo

    Photograph the whole space and the places where the louvre system will be fixed at the top and bottom.

Materials only

Just want the materials?

If you have a workshop and like to cut everything yourself, you can also build from individual parts: just SAM KIT rotation systems for your own timber, or louvres, BSH beams and fixings in standard lengths. These are not pre-drilled, so you will need a saw, a cordless screwdriver and accurate measuring.

What tools do I need for the kit?
A cordless screwdriver and a paintbrush. Everything is cut and pre-drilled, so you do not need a saw.
How long does it take to make the kit?
Normally 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. We will tell you the exact date once the design is approved.
Do you make kits in non-standard sizes?
Yes, we make every kit to measure. Send us the dimensions and a photo and we will advise you free of charge.
Do you deliver to the Czech Republic?
Yes, we deliver kits throughout Slovakia and to the Czech Republic. We will confirm shipping according to your location.
Wooden or aluminium louvres?
