Contract withdrawal form

Important: You cannot withdraw from a contract for products made to measure according to your requirements and dimensions (louvres and pergolas produced to measurement). This form is intended for contracts concluded at a distance or off business premises to which this exception does not apply.

Goods purchased in the flowgardenshop.sk online shop can be returned according to the instructions published there.

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
